Puppies

I always knew the day would come, but it still makes me a little sad. We sold 2 more of our puppies last night. We only have 6 left that haven't been claimed. Of course, they won't be leaving us for a few weeks, but it is still sad. One of the ones that sold last night was one of my favorites, so that was kind of hard. I guess it makes it easier when you see how excited these people are to have them.

One unrelated puppy thing that some of you may or may not care about...I trotted Cheyenne last night. I guess it was my first real official ride/training session. It was so exciting and fun. She even got up into a few steps of canter and bucked for the first time. I think she's going to be a really good horse if I can ever figure out what I'm doing with her!

Tired

I am worn out!

Last week, I started working in my classroom, so I've been busy painting and setting up. I can't believe it is time for school to start! Where has my summer gone?!

I guess part of it has gone to the dogs...ha ha! The puppies are getting bigger, and they poop and pee a lot. Cocoa and I are worn out from cleaning up after them, but they are so sweet! When you walk in the room, they all crowd around you with tails wagging...it's gonna be hard to let them go, especially a certain few. Check out their blog for some new pics: http://cocoaslabpups.blogspot.com/

Before I go to bed, I must say CONGRATULATIONS!! The co-ed softball team at church won first place in the tournament last night!! They had to play 3 games back to back, and they won them all! Of course, I must brag because my hubby is on the team!
